Equestrian Success in the NSEA Championships Plate

The equestrian team and individual results from the National Schools Equestrian Associations Championships Plate at Keysoe in Bedfordshire are highlighted below:

On Friday 1 December Jack Wilmot won the 70cm Santa Stakes. Katie Hammett placed 4th and
Maria Donavan placed 5th. In the 80cm Santa Stakes Maria Donavan placed 3rd and Jack Wilmot placed 5th.

On Saturday 2 December Jack Wilmot placed 2nd in 70cm National Show Jumping Championship Final. Katie Hammett, Georgia Pleasants and Jack Wilmot finished in 4th place in the Jumping with Style 70cm National Final. Luise Fischer rode as an individual finishing in 4th place in the in 90cm National Show Jumping Championship Final. Georgia Pleasants, Katie Hammett, Maria Donovan and
Jack Wilmot finished 2nd as a team in the Eventers Challenge 80cm and qualified for Hickstead 2018.
Luise Fischer finished individually 4th and Jack Wilmot finished individually 5th.

On Sunday 3 December Nathaniel Hurst won the 1m Jumping with Style and the 1m Show jumping National Finals, becoming National Plate Champion. He finished in 2nd place in both the 90cm and 1m Eventers Challenge, qualifying for Hickstead 2018.
