Gardiner Hall plays a key part in the tradition of the School. Built in 1910 and named after our founder Margaret Isabella Gardiner, this magnificent hall is sited in the heart of the School.
It is used by the School for Lectures and Presentations, Parents Evening and Open mornings, as a study area and for exams. Gardiner Hall was completely refurbished a few years ago, with the ceiling being painted to highlight the traditional Pargetting plasterwork found in this area and a bespoke carpet made to cover the floor.
This wonderful room seats around 100 people and is available for Lectures, Conferences, and Music evenings, as it has two small stages at each end could be also used for small Drama and Theatrical presentations. With its high ceiling and rows of windows on each side the light is so good it would also make a very good area for a photography shoot.
It is available to hire all year round in the evenings and weekends and during the day during the School holidays.
