On Saturday Louisa, Poppy and Rose all competed in the Saucony English National Cross Country Championships.
The championships took place at Parliament Hill, on London’s Hampstead Heath. All three girls ran very well.
Lulu finished 370/463. Poppy finished 168/464 and Rose finished 347/464.
