Saint Felix year 10-13 students had a fantastic opportunity to visit the sports science laboratories at the University of Essex this week.
They took part in several Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics taster sessions.
Thank you to the Human Performance Unit for a great day, this was a great experience and was thoroughly enjoyed by all the students.
Saint Felix School offers all of its pupils the chance to take part in many sports activities.
