In Reception class at Saint Felix, fully qualified teachers support the children as they begin to read, write and problem solve.
Watch the (very) short film below to see a recent example of how through reading a book: The Little Red Hen by Paul Galdone, our Reception class took part in a range of activities which brought the story to life and enhanced their learning.
Soon after the session, the children enjoyed a nature walk around the Saint Felix site and were delighted to spot some hens – watch the film until the end to see for yourself!
