The 2022 Saint Felix Parent Teacher Assocation (PTA) AGM will be held in the Refectory on Friday 7th October at 9 am, immediately after Prep Chapel.
All Saint Felix parents are welcome as they are all automatically members of the PTA.
Events
In the past, a small group of hard-working parents and staff have organised numerous fundraising events including bonfire night, Christmas fayre, quiz nights, summer fayre and the summer ball to name but a few. These events have helped to raise thousands of pounds to enable the PTA to give out grants to many departments within the school to help with extras that their school budget does not cover.
Committee
This year we are calling out for more parents to come to the AGM and volunteer to become part of the committee. Being a committee member involves attending meetings (usually one per month) during term time.
Volunteering
Even if you are not able to commit to being a full member but are willing to help at events, please let us have your name and details as any help is gratefully received!
Chair
It is my intention to step down as Chair at the annual general meeting. If you would like to be considered for this role, please let me know.
The PTA adds an extra dimension to the school, enabling parents to get involved in a way that they would not usually be, and I can’t stress strongly enough how important it is for this to continue. However, it cannot do so unless people are willing to be involved and we can persuade more parents to help in all areas.
