Whilst some schools might measure their success by raw grades or entry into elite universities, here at Saint Felix, we like to judge ourselves by the value that we add to each and every student. Earlier this week, our Year 5 students dazzled with a French-inspired Breakfast, impressing VIP guests with their language skills. Parents were able to enjoy an art exhibition as well as a snapshot of Year 5 life. It was heartwarming to hear about the children engaging with guests, honing their French and showcasing schoolwork. A big thanks to our very special guests for making this event truly enjoyable!
In boarding, it was time for some fun and relaxation in the evening to alleviate the winter blues in this current cold snap. With mocktails, a variety of games and some quality food, it is clear that all had a good time. For those of you that might have longer journeys, our flexi-boarding model might be something to consider.

I am away for three days next week undertaking an inspection of another independent school for ISI. It is important that Saint Felix has a qualified inspector as it provides the whole team here with an invaluable insight into the process. Much as I will miss not being in school, it will enable us to be inspection ready at all times.

Yours sincerely,
