Our aim is to provide an exceptional educational experience while ensuring that families have a clear understanding of their financial commitment.

Our fee structure is designed to encompass the various stages of education, from Nursery to Senior Departments, accommodating both day and boarding students.

These fees are thoughtfully planned to cover the diverse opportunities and enriching environment that Saint Felix School offers. We are dedicated to delivering value and ensuring that your investment in your child’s education leads to their personal growth and academic success. School Fees from January 2025

You will be aware that the current government has imposed a requirement on private schools to account for VAT on fees with effect from January 2025, making higher fees inevitable across the entire sector.  We previously notified our parents of our intention not to increase fees by the full 20%, but to keep any uplift to 10%, which we have been able to achieve.

The school fees have been carefully reviewed to ensure that they remain competitive and provide the best educational experience for our students. All sums shown are inclusive of the applicable VAT.

Schedule of Fees 2024/25

Registration Fee – £100
Payable on registration and non-refundable.

Acceptance Deposits
Please see the School’s Terms and Conditions for information on Acceptance Deposits and Additional Deposits. The Acceptance deposit is refunded after deduction of any outstanding charges after the end of the term in which a student leaves.

UK Acceptance Deposit – £500
EU Acceptance Deposit – £1,500
Non-EU Acceptance Deposit – £2,500

Visa Processing Fee – £950
For students who require a Home Office Visa in order to study in the UK.

Fees List (per term). Please note, boarding fees are inclusive of tuition fee. 

The fees include the catering and subsistence provision charge:

Pre-Prep Department (Reception to Year 2): £319

Prep Department (Year 3 to Year 6): £390

Senior and Sixth Form Department (Year 7 to Year 13): £445

Scholarships and bursaries are not applicable toward the catering and subsistence provision charge or boarding fees.

Please note: Not included are personal expenditure, school photographs, academic and music examination fees, personal accident insurance, and some hobbies that are provided by external tutors.
