Last weekend, a number of pupils travelled to the university of Bath for the British Schools Modern Biathlon Championships.
These students had been invited to this event from their results at qualification rounds earlier in the academic year. Each of the students is required to complete a run and separate swim, with the distance covered dependent upon their age.
Well done to the following pupils;
Cody (U9)- 6th overall
Clementine (U10)- 62nd overall
Freya (U11)-118th overall
Oliver (U12)- 51st overall
Selina (U13)- 33rd overall
Charlie (U15)- 10th overall
Joshua (U19)- 4th overall
Samuel (U19)- 7th overall
All of the students should be very proud of their results, and they were a credit to the school.
A mention must also go to Henrietta, Herbie, Ben, Marcus and Freya who did not compete but qualified for the competition.
