Students from our Prep Department competed in the North Suffolk School Games Cross Country event on Friday 27th September and a report has been written by one of our students.
On Friday we went to the cross country interschool competition at Worlingham.
The weather was raining and the course was slippery, with lots of children bumping into each other as we got going. The distance was about a mile and out of the schools we came first in the under 11 competition with Ben Every winning the race and Will Last, Henry O’ Conner and William Foskett all finishing under 12th.
There were many other year groups at the race and Saint Felix did very well overall.
It was great to be awarded the shield for overall winners.
