We are seeking to appoint a Science Technician to join us at Saint Felix School.
As our Science Technician you will join the Science department and provide support to pupils and staff. This is a full time, term time only position.
In this role you will provide technical support to the science teachers and contribute to the students’ learning experience by co-ordinating the preparation of materials and apparatus for practical work within the Science Department.
Saint Felix School is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for children aged from 2 – 19, located close to the glorious seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk coast. Our aim is to develop well-rounded students with the skills and the personality to make a success of their lives during and after their school years.

Applicants would benefit from relevant previous experience and familiarity with the handling of chemicals and scientific equipment, but this is not essential as relevant training would be given to you. However, a good understanding of laboratory safety would be essential and a science background or qualification would be desirable.
